1. Where do you ship?
Currently, Prime Value Goods ships only within the United States.
2. How long does it take to process an order?
All of our products are made to order.
Processing usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.
3. How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping
Delivery time: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping time starts after the order has been processed and shipped.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: $4.99
Express Shipping: $8.99
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after purchase.
After that time, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
7. Can I return or exchange my product?
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
